Explorer Health provides educational information. The Recovery Load assessment is not clinically validated and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. No content or assessment result should be used to make treatment decisions or to replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Explorer Health is intended only for adults who are 18 or older. The site is not directed to minors, and people under 18 may not use the assessment.

Not an endorsement of illegal activity

Explorer Health provides health and safety information and does not encourage, facilitate, supply, or assist in obtaining any controlled substance.

Emergencies

Explorer Health is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate medical emergency, contact local emergency services. In the United States, anyone experiencing a mental health or suicide crisis can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

Use of Explorer Health is voluntary. Educational information cannot account for every person's medical history, medications, circumstances, or risks. Users remain responsible for decisions they make and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explorer Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
